Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Doers Business School, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, practical and actionable experience through the 100 Days Sales Challenge. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, transfer of seats and eligibility for any guarantee are handled.

1. Program Fee

The fee for the 100 Days Sales Challenge is ₹9,999. This fee covers access to the Day 1 offline workshop, the 100-day implementation program, weekly online sessions, training resources and any other inclusions communicated at the time of registration.

2. Cancellation by Participant

If you decide to cancel your registration, the following refund rules apply:

• Cancellation requested more than 7 days before the scheduled Day 1 workshop: 90% refund of the program fee. The remaining 10% covers administrative and payment processing costs.
• Cancellation requested between 3 to 7 days before the scheduled Day 1 workshop: 50% refund of the program fee.
• Cancellation requested less than 3 days before the scheduled Day 1 workshop: No refund. However, the participant may request a seat transfer to another eligible person.
• After the Day 1 workshop has commenced, no refund will be provided unless a separate written guarantee applies and the participant meets the guarantee eligibility criteria.

3. Seat Transfer

Participants may transfer their seat to another eligible business owner or professional by notifying Doers Business School at least 24 hours before the scheduled Day 1 workshop. The transferee must complete the registration details and accept the Terms & Conditions.

4. No-Show Policy

If a participant fails to attend the Day 1 workshop without prior cancellation, the full fee is non-refundable. The participant may still request access to online materials or future sessions only at the discretion of Doers Business School.

5. Cancellation by Doers Business School

In the unlikely event that Doers Business School needs to cancel or reschedule the Day 1 workshop, registered participants will be notified promptly. Participants may choose between:

• Transferring their registration to the rescheduled program
• Receiving a full refund of the program fee

6. Money-Back Guarantee

Where Doers Business School communicates a money-back or performance-based guarantee, it is subject to clear eligibility and implementation conditions. Participants must:

• Attend the Day 1 workshop fully
• Participate in the required weekly online sessions
• Complete assigned tasks and implementation steps
• Submit proof of implementation as requested by Doers Business School
• Request a refund within the specified guarantee period and process

If the eligibility criteria are met, the participant may receive a refund as stated in the applicable guarantee. The final decision will be made by Doers Business School after verifying the participant's implementation.

7. Refund Process

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us using the details below. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within 10 to 15 working days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

8. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party payment processing fees, external tools, software subscriptions, merchandise or any separately purchased items may not be refundable unless otherwise stated.

Doers Business School may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published on the website with the revised Last Updated date.
