Welcome to Doers Business School. These Terms & Conditions govern your registration and participation in the 100 Days Sales Challenge, including the Day 1 offline workshop, online sessions, training, resources, software access and related services provided by Doers Business School.

By registering for the program or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Details

The 100 Days Sales Challenge is a practical business growth and sales implementation program designed for business owners. The program includes:

• Day 1 full-day offline workshop
• 100-day implementation journey
• Weekly online networking and implementation sessions
• Lead generation training
• CRM training
• WhatsApp communication and follow-up strategies
• AI and automation training
• Customer psychology and customer reactivation strategies
• Content creation and content support
• Access to applicable software and resources
• Other learning materials and activities communicated by Doers Business School

The Day 1 offline workshop is scheduled for 22 August 2026 in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, subject to any necessary changes communicated by Doers Business School.

2. Eligibility

The program is intended primarily for business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals interested in improving their customer acquisition and sales processes. Doers Business School reserves the right to determine program eligibility and participation where applicable.

3. Registration and Payment

The program fee is ₹9,999, unless a different price is explicitly communicated through an authorized Doers Business School offer.

Registration is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from Doers Business School or its authorized payment provider. The participant is responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, email address, business information and other required details.

4. Program Participation

Participants are expected to actively participate in the program and make reasonable efforts to implement the strategies taught. The program is designed as an implementation-focused learning experience. Results depend on factors including the participant's business, market, product or service, pricing, execution, customer demand, consistency and other circumstances.

Doers Business School does not guarantee a specific level of revenue, profit, number of customers, leads or sales unless expressly stated in a separate written guarantee with defined eligibility conditions.

5. Attendance

Participants should attend the Day 1 full-day workshop and participate in the weekly online sessions wherever possible. If a participant is unable to attend a session, any available recording, material or alternative arrangement will be subject to the program's applicable policies.

6. Complimentary Software and Resources

Where complimentary AI software, tools, equipment, content resources or other benefits are included, access is subject to the applicable software provider's terms, technical availability and program conditions. Complimentary items may not be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise. Doers Business School may modify or replace a complimentary tool or resource with a substantially similar alternative where necessary.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All training materials, presentations, frameworks, videos, documents, templates, software interfaces, recordings and other materials provided by Doers Business School remain the intellectual property of Doers Business School or the applicable rights holder. Participants may use the materials for their own business purposes. Participants may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, upload, sublicense or commercially exploit program materials without written permission.

8. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward trainers, staff, speakers and other participants. Doers Business School may restrict or terminate participation in cases of abusive behaviour, harassment, disruption, unauthorized recording, misuse of program materials or other serious violations.

9. Changes to Program

Doers Business School may reasonably modify session timings, speakers, content, venue, delivery format or other program details when required. Any material changes will be communicated to registered participants.

10. Third-Party Services

The program may use third-party services including payment providers, communication platforms, CRM systems, AI tools, WhatsApp and other technology platforms. Use of those services may also be subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

Doers Business School will make reasonable efforts to deliver the program as described. However, business results cannot be guaranteed because outcomes depend on individual implementation and circumstances beyond the control of Doers Business School. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Doers Business School will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the program.

12. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the Doers Business School website. Where a money-back or performance-based guarantee is offered, it will be subject to the specific eligibility, implementation and documentation requirements stated in the applicable guarantee terms.

13. Privacy

Participant information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Doers Business School website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
